Serve as the primary technical lead for EMEA publisher accounts on SpringServe. Onboard and train clients, troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize client setups, collaborate with sales and product, and drive long-term client success in CTV/programmatic workflows.

The Senior Account Director will build relationships with clients, drive revenue performance, onboard new products, coordinate campaigns, and provide training and support within the agency landscape.
