The Brand Manager will oversee and enhance the Lyra Wellbeing brand, engage customers, adapt brand messaging locally, and ensure cohesive marketing strategies.

Serve as the international subject-matter expert supporting Customer Success Managers for global accounts. Lead international agenda items, deliver local-language engagement and training, monitor account risk, coordinate cross-functional and global provider responses, and maintain accurate customer records to drive retention and growth.
