Manage maintenance-focused product releases across web and mobile platforms. Lead acceptance testing, sprint prioritization, incident escalation, stakeholder communications, customer feedback analysis, SLA compliance, and performance reporting. Coordinate with engineering, QA, data, design, and support teams while maintaining documentation, acceptance criteria, system content, and product priorities.

Provide frontline technical support to healthcare platform providers and clients during GMT operating hours. Manage ticket queues, meet response SLAs, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, maintain technical FAQs, answer platform questions, escalate complex issues, report bugs, monitor releases, and train new providers on the platform.
