Provide legal support for complex international EOR employment lifecycle matters (terminations, performance management, leave, disputes). Partner with regional counsel, Operations, Product, and Customer teams to evaluate risk, drive resolutions, manage outside counsel, and translate local law into practical playbooks, escalation paths, decision frameworks, trainings, and SOPs to enable consistent, scalable operations.
