Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for Faire’s UK organization, advising senior leaders on talent, performance, employee relations, organizational design, workforce strategy, culture, and change. Lead UK HR operations and compliance while using people insights to guide decisions. Drive global strategic HR initiatives, cross-functional projects, manager enablement, process improvements, and adoption of AI and People-tech tools.

Own and grow a portfolio of upmarket brands across Spain by prospecting, managing complex sales cycles, and driving incremental GMV. Build high-quality pipelines using data, category insights, AI tools, and market knowledge. Lead executive and operational stakeholder conversations, support brand onboarding, resolve market-specific objections, represent Faire at events, host webinars, and collaborate with marketing on messaging and lead generation.

Drive strategic outbound prospecting to engage enterprise brands, identify partnership opportunities, and generate qualified pipeline for Enterprise Account Executives. Customize outreach across calls, email, social selling, and campaigns; manage territories and account prioritization; use Salesforce and reporting tools to optimize performance; and contribute to process improvements, mentorship, and team initiatives.

Lead international strategy and operations initiatives by analyzing customer, product, and business data to identify growth opportunities, drive cross-functional projects, inform leadership decisions, support new market launches, and translate insights into action alongside Product, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Marketing.

Sell Faire to independent retailers across the UK and Ireland. Own full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, outreach, demo, negotiate and close. Build and manage pipeline using data and AI tools, handle objections, map complex deals, and represent retailer needs internally.

As a Senior Account Executive, you will drive wholesale growth for Upmarket brands in Central & Northern Europe by leveraging strategic sales execution and AI tools, managing a high-value portfolio, and leading customer interactions with tailored approaches.
