Lead and scale ClickUp's partner motion across Northern Europe: recruit, onboard, enable, and grow consultancies, agencies, VARs, MSPs, and system integrators. Create repeatable service offerings and GTM plays, run joint business planning, coach partners through sales cycles, generate partner-led pipeline, and align partner activity with direct sales and marketing. Use data to prioritize partners and improve conversions. Represent ClickUp externally. Role requires travel and hybrid in-office work from Dublin or London (3x/week).

The Account Executive will drive expansion revenue growth for major EMEA accounts through strong discovery, compelling presentations, and targeted multi-stakeholder engagement.

Manage inbound new-business leads for Growth accounts across EMEA, convert trials and MQLs into paid customers, deliver product demos and presentations, master the ClickUp product, collaborate with Growth and Marketing to optimize pipeline, and identify opportunities to improve pipeline quality.
