Drive operational efficiency, client satisfaction, KPIs, hiring and development, escalation management, process improvement, and support during sales and onboarding. Serve as trusted client advisor and internal evangelist for support delivery.

Serve as a strategic revenue operations partner for EMEA & Israel sales leadership, driving sales cadence, forecasting accuracy, CRM hygiene, analytics, and cross-functional initiatives. Lead annual sales planning, improve sales processes and tools (SFDC, Clari, Qlik), deliver forward-looking insights, and influence GMs to improve productivity, pipeline health, and attainment.

Provide expert remote support for SAP HR/Payroll applications. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, configuration, and client support for UK and Ireland payroll and related processes.
