As a Solutions Engineer at Pindrop, you will act as a subject matter expert for the company's solutions, generate new revenue, advise organizations on operational improvements, deliver technical presentations, conduct product demonstrations, and collaborate with the customer success team. You will also lead in responding to customer documents and work closely with Account Executives to develop territory strategies.
