Act as a technical advisor for assigned accounts throughout the customer lifecycle: guide integrations, manage technical escalations, conduct account reviews, identify expansion opportunities, monitor account health, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to improve processes and product based on customer feedback.
