Own the day-to-day People operation across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance, payroll inputs, benefits, systems, compliance, and offboarding. The role advises employees and managers, maintains accurate records, manages Teamtailor and Humaans, improves processes, and uses automation to streamline People administration.
