Manage commercial non-fiction titles from manuscript through publication, including structural editing, copy-editing, proofreading, copywriting, cover briefs, budgets, schedules, and author relationships. Support commissioning, market research, sales and marketing materials, editorial listings, and publishing proposals. The role develops a stable of authors and may commission two to three Cookery and Lifestyle titles annually. Hybrid work requires three days per week in the London office.

Supports publicity campaigns through administrative coordination, title allocations, purchase orders, media monitoring, team meetings, social media management, content creation, and event or tour promotion. The role manages social channels, tracks audience engagement, amplifies media coverage, and independently plans campaigns for assigned book titles. It requires strong organization, communication, creativity, initiative, and comfort supporting occasional evening or weekend events.
