Provides senior mechanical engineering support across design, technical reviews, construction compliance, testing and commissioning. Develops mechanical calculations and design solutions from briefing through detailed design, supports fee submissions and client relationships, and assesses existing buildings. Responsibilities include energy performance assessments, load and capacity reviews, lifecycle replacement reports, single-point-of-failure analysis, resilience reviews, and leading IST and Black Building Tests.

Manage client relationships and project delivery across the southern region. Oversee projects from initiation through completion, monitor budgets and commercial performance, identify growth opportunities, resolve escalations, ensure compliance, improve governance and processes, prepare performance reports, and support client retention through regular meetings and operational reviews.

Designs, configures, integrates, commissions, and supports building management systems controlling HVAC, lighting, and energy systems. The role programs HVAC control strategies, configures graphics and supervisory systems, diagnoses live-building faults, ensures regulatory and HSEQ compliance, coordinates with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and supply chain teams, and standardizes project documentation. Work includes offices, laboratories, data centres, and other critical infrastructure environments.
