Provide technical leadership for Zayo’s packet product portfolio, shaping roadmap input, network architecture, technology adoption, product cost optimization, technical standards, release delivery, and operational readiness. Support complex customer solutions, provide Tier 4 guidance, create technical playbooks and procedures, train Operations teams, and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Finance, and commercial stakeholders.

Lead complex, high-value deals from bid through approval, negotiation, and contract execution. Develop commercial structures, pricing strategies, financial models, and competitive positioning while managing risk, governance, and profitability. Coordinate Sales, Legal, Product, Operations, Pre-Sales, and Finance stakeholders, drive bid management and decision-making, and conduct post-deal reviews to improve win rates and execution. The role requires telecom knowledge, strong commercial and financial acumen, and senior stakeholder influence.

Acquire new Carrier customers across Europe through prospecting, relationship building, pipeline development, and full-cycle sales. The role targets carriers, ISPs, network operators, and service providers, coordinating with commercial, product, and technical teams to develop solutions and close contracts. Responsibilities include CRM management, forecasting, customer meetings, industry events, and understanding Zayo Europe's connectivity network and value proposition.

Develop customer relationships and drive sales of bandwidth infrastructure to finance and other enterprise accounts. Responsibilities include prospecting, acquiring new accounts, managing proposals and sales processes, retaining existing revenue, forecasting opportunities, tracking performance in CRM tools, reporting to management, and coordinating cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and meet revenue targets.

Leads technical discovery and presales solution design for complex telecommunications and cloud networking opportunities across the UK and Europe. Designs end-to-end network architectures spanning fibre, optical transport, Ethernet, routed services, cloud connectivity and security. Produces technical proposals, diagrams, capacity models and bills of materials; supports tenders and governance; coaches Account Executives; and collaborates with Engineering, Product, Delivery and Operations to ensure feasibility and successful delivery.

Manage and grow relationships with five hyperscale customers in a shared senior account-management model. Drive opportunity discovery, new business, retention, complex full-cycle sales, contract negotiations, pipeline forecasting, and account strategy. Collaborate with solution engineering, operations, service delivery, and product teams to develop infrastructure and connectivity solutions. Present to C-level stakeholders, provide reporting, and maintain industry insight across hyperscale, carrier, content, data centre, and subsea markets.
