Develop and manage the organization’s corporate membership strategy, programs, outreach, communications, and engagement activities. Serves on the senior management team, advises organizational leaders, oversees communications materials and campaigns, represents IWI with the media, and supports strategic planning and cross-functional initiatives.

Lead IWI’s fundraising strategy, planning, budgeting, donor development, grant and trust income, supporter journeys, and new funding streams. Manage a small fundraising team, set objectives, oversee performance and development, and work with the Executive Director on organisational strategy. The role is expected to secure at least £250,000 annually, including in-kind donations, while contributing to the organisation’s senior management team.

Leads membership strategy, retention, growth, member services, benefits, events, database management, and sponsorship programs. Develops corporate and individual membership networks, manages member relationships and vendor contracts, conducts prospect research, and oversees donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. Partners with the Executive Director on resource development, supervises staff and volunteers, and supports nonprofit program and administrative goals. The role requires at least 10 hours weekly and is limited to London-based applicants.
