Leads UpSlide’s global growth marketing function across field, lifecycle, marketing operations, SEO, and paid media. Owns demand generation strategy, pipeline and revenue targets, acquisition performance, funnel optimization, attribution, experimentation, and agency relationships. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, Customer Success, and RevOps while building and coaching a high-performing team. The role focuses on scalable programs, measurable commercial impact, and growth across the Americas and EMEA.

Lead a global mid-market sales team of 10–15 Account Executives across the UK, France, and US. Own ARR targets, coach and develop representatives, establish sales cadences, rebuild the mid-market playbook, shorten sales cycles, and partner with RevOps and Marketing on segmentation, territories, lead generation, and pipeline. The role reports to the CCO and offers autonomy to build the function and scale its sales motion.
