Manage high-end VFX projects from bidding and planning through delivery. Responsibilities include owning budgets, schedules, resourcing, reporting, production workflows, client relationships, and production team leadership. The Producer partners with VFX supervisors and support departments to maintain delivery milestones, monitor spending, resolve issues, and ensure creative and technical objectives are achieved.

Responsibilities include tracking workflows, deadlines, resources, dailies, meetings, notes, database updates, client deliveries, edits, and project progress. The role requires strong organization, communication, prioritization, scheduling, live-action and CG VFX workflow knowledge, production database experience, and basic Linux and Avid skills.

Create feature-film-quality FX using Houdini, including procedural, dynamic, particle, and fluid simulations. Light complex shots, manage heavy particle effects, perform moderate compositing in Nuke, write pipeline scripts and plug-ins, develop shaders, animate objects, and debug simulations. The role requires strong problem-solving, communication, aesthetic judgment, teamwork, time management, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Hybrid work is based in London or Paris.

Supports the VFX Producer with daily project coordination, data input/output tracking, client review preparation, meeting notes, database updates, deliveries, communications, calendars, onboarding, facilities coordination, and event planning. The role requires strong organization, communication, prioritization, attention to detail, and familiarity with VFX production, post-production workflows, ShotGrid, productivity suites, editorial, and basic Linux.
