Lead legal, regulatory and compliance for the Allied World Lloyd's Syndicate 2232 platform. Oversee UK legal/compliance staff, company secretarial duties, Lloyd's regulatory matters and compliance, serve as Data Privacy Officer, negotiate contracts, manage legal budget, liaise with outside counsel and align with global Legal & Compliance.

Provide in-house legal support for European and Lloyd's underwriting businesses including casualty, healthcare, professional lines, property, marine, fine art, construction and facultative reinsurance. Advise on contract terms, draft policy forms and endorsements, negotiate underwriting and NDAs, support underwriting and claims on coverage issues, maintain standard ceded facultative wordings, and collaborate with global legal teams to implement policies and improve legal processes.
