Ensure consistent brand standards across markets, support regional activation, partner cross-functionally (product, media, retail, sports, social), guide direct reports, and present strategy and learnings to senior stakeholders to drive long-term brand equity and business impact.

Create seasonal colour palettes, mood boards and product colourways for Canterbury ranges. Monitor trends and ensure colour consistency across fabrics, trims and graphics; manage approvals, lab dips and prototypes with suppliers. Support design, development, merchandising and marketing with colour documentation, PLM data and storytelling while considering durability, sustainability and production feasibility.

Lead global brand marketing for Canterbury, developing and executing integrated campaigns, sports and community activations, regional toolkits, and measurement frameworks. Partner with product, design and commercial teams to translate product stories into market impact, grow consumer engagement through social, athlete and influencer programs, and build a high-performing brand marketing team.

Manage day-to-day ecommerce trading: product launches, content, promotions, pricing and merchandising. Analyse site, category and product performance to optimise conversion and growth. Plan and execute the ecommerce trading calendar, collaborate with marketing, merchandising and creative teams, and drive continuous website and UX optimisation using data and industry insight.

Plan and forecast product demand to ensure right inventory at right locations and times. Lead demand reviews, prepare monthly buy summaries, manage buy calendar, optimise inventory and sales conversion, recommend markdowns, and collaborate with commercial and market teams for allocation and order adjustments.
