Provide legal advice to state-funded schools and further education clients on safeguarding, Equality Act issues, admissions, exclusions, complaints, Ofsted/Department for Education regulatory matters, and governance. Manage an individual caseload, support senior lawyers on complex disputes and regulatory work, contribute to business development, training, and knowledge-sharing within the Education Team.

Lead and manage complex corporate and M&A matters for education-sector clients, build client relationships, generate business, supervise and mentor junior lawyers, drive profitability and compliance, contribute to practice growth, and deliver sector-focused strategic legal advice across education and charity-related transactions.
