Lead global business development and marketing for the Disputes and Contentious Regulatory practice. Manage and develop a small BD team, plan and deliver pitches, campaigns, events and thought leadership, oversee BD infrastructure and awards submissions, contribute to business planning and budgeting, and build strong partner and internal relationships to support firmwide strategy.

Support and execute marketing and business development initiatives for a leading corporate practice: run campaigns, organise events, target clients, prepare pitches and proposals, maintain BD infrastructure and CRM, and manage directory and award submissions to grow firm revenue.

Provide day-to-day legal support on media rights sales and wider media, sports and entertainment matters. Lead workstreams for key clients, advise on tendering, contracting, financial and operational arrangements, and collaborate with IP, data protection, commercial, regulatory and disputes teams. Develop client relationships, build industry expertise, and adopt sophisticated AI usage to improve efficiency and quality of legal work.

Support planning, tracking and delivery of legal matters and internal projects using legal project management. Monitor timelines, risks and budgets; produce reports and visualisations; facilitate meetings; support process mapping, legal tech engagement, and improvement initiatives while building stakeholder relationships and contributing to training.

Serve as the disputes practice subject-matter expert for innovation and legal technology: evaluate and implement AI tools, design process and automation solutions, build Power BI dashboards, create knowledge assets and playbooks, embed standardized ways of working with Legal Ops, train lawyers, and support client-facing pitches and tech-enabled client solutions.

Provide risk and compliance support across the firm: respond to queries, advise on SRA Code of Conduct, review client/contract terms, assist audits, investigations and data protection matters, deliver training, and help maintain risk processes and policies.
