Develops and maintains complex EPCIC project schedules for offshore and onshore oil and gas projects. Performs schedule analysis, baseline creation, scope reviews, progress tracking, critical-path management, variance analysis, forecasting, and recovery planning. Produces workforce histograms, progress curves, and reports while coordinating engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, hookup, and commissioning activities. Mentors junior planners and leads planning initiatives.

Leads contract management and claims success for EPC/EPCI projects valued up to $500 million. Supports pre- and post-award activities, negotiations, contract setup, billing, guarantees, change management, correspondence, risk and opportunity tracking, and project closeout. Coordinates contract specialists, interfaces with engineering, procurement, construction, legal, finance, clients, and partners, and chairs commercial management meetings. Develops lessons learned and promotes contractual and commercial awareness across project teams.

Leads process engineering design for oil and gas projects, including FEED, studies, detailed analyses, process simulations, heat and material balances, PFDs, P&IDs, equipment sizing, flare studies, and safety deliverables. Coordinates with engineering disciplines, vendors, subcontractors, customers, and project teams. Reviews technical documents, supports estimates and change orders, participates in HAZOPs and audits, checks engineering work, and mentors less experienced engineers.

Lead process engineering for FEED, studies and detailed design; prepare simulations, PFDs/P&IDs, datasheets and calculations; coordinate with disciplines, review vendor submittals, support HAZOPs, mentor junior engineers, and ensure compliance with codes, standards, schedules and budgets.

Support the administration team with day-to-day tasks including data entry, scheduling, document preparation, research, meeting notes, and project coordination. Communicate with stakeholders, assist in executing projects, and learn administrative processes while contributing ideas and maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Lead end-to-end package delivery (procurement and subcontracts) ensuring on-budget, on-schedule execution while managing cost, schedule, risks, stakeholders, QHSES compliance, and reporting to project and corporate management.

Provide advanced administrative support including heavy calendar management, coordinating complex meetings, arranging domestic and international travel and expenses, maintaining manual and electronic filing, processing timesheets and requisitions, proofreading correspondence, serving as liaison with service providers, uploading SOPs to matter management systems, and supporting executives and team projects.

Communicate with stakeholders, assist with organizing materials, and contribute ideas while learning administrative procedures and digital tools under supervisor guidance.

Lead planning and scheduling for subsea/offshore EPCIC projects: create and maintain Level 3/4 schedules, run schedule quality and risk analyses (Deltek/Acumen), validate EVMS progress, produce histograms and progress curves, mentor junior planners, identify delays and recovery actions, and set schedule parameters (WBS/OBS/calendars).

Lead delivery of procurement packages from planning through execution, ensuring cost, schedule, QHSES and contractual compliance; manage stakeholders, risks, forecasts, supplier engagements, and team resources while reporting status to project and corporate leadership.
