Lead internal AI adoption by building capability, running an AI Champions programme, designing training and playbooks, owning the internal AI tool roadmap, coordinating platform pilots, partnering with IT/Academy/Analytiq, and ensuring safe, governed everyday AI use across the organisation.

Lead global finance team and own month‑end, year‑end and consolidated reporting for UK and international subsidiaries. Manage group and local statutory audits, tax filings, internal controls, banking approvals, and finance transactions team. Improve systems and processes, ensure compliance across jurisdictions, and support governance, risk and consolidation activities.
