Provide administrative and sales support to a Senior Partner, managing artists and estates, coordinating exhibitions and logistics, preparing sales offers and post-sale tasks, maintaining calendars, inboxes, travel, and cross-departmental coordination for gallery operations and secondary market consignments.

Provide front-desk reception, administrative support, mail/package handling, calendar and database maintenance, event coordination, book sales and inventory, and assist across gallery departments including exhibition preparation and DZ Books support.

Support the Sales team with administrative tasks (mailings, image printouts, research, database maintenance), maintain viewing rooms, factsheets and catalogs, manage supplies and exhibition materials, assist with openings and events, and complete research projects. Three-month commitment starting week of August 17; gallery hours Tue–Sat 10AM–6PM with additional event hours; immediate start and UK work eligibility required.
