Provide end-to-end administration for the Worklink student casual work service: manage recruitment campaigns, shortlist, issue offers, respond to queries, liaise with hiring managers and stakeholders, ensure compliance (Right to Work, DBS checks), support onboarding and payroll deadlines, promote the service to students, and meet SLAs and team KPIs.

Deliver and develop the College of Social Sciences alumni volunteering programme: identify, recruit and host alumni volunteers; produce communications and presentations; use CRM and LinkedIn to track engagement; monitor and evaluate events and volunteering outcomes; facilitate alumni visits and activities that support student experience, employability, recruitment and fundraising; work with DARO and College colleagues to meet targets and promote inclusion and sustainability.

Academic role combining research, teaching and administration in computer science. Duties include leading research (publishing, funding, supervision), designing curricula, delivering high-quality teaching, contributing to management and outreach, and mentoring colleagues and students.

Provide senior administrative and operational support to the Co-AIMS research hub, managing complex systems and queries, organising events, producing and analysing data reports, supporting budgets and procurement, delivering secretariat services, and advising colleagues. Act as a key contact for stakeholders, support operational process development, and assist with international visitor arrangements, compliance, and equality/diversity activities to ensure successful hub delivery.

Manage and optimise education administration across the College, lead education projects, develop policy and procedures, support curriculum integrity, represent the College in committees, coach and train staff, and deliver change to meet University quality and strategic goals.

Provide broad and sometimes complex administrative support across the School of Biosciences, including managing systems and data, advising on procedures, organising events, supervising or coaching staff, monitoring budgets and procurement, producing bespoke reports, supporting operational processes, and handling HR, facilities and visitor arrangements. Act as a stakeholder contact and lead small projects to support research programmes.
