Sell and renew service contracts across lifts, escalators, goods lifts and stairlifts by identifying new customers, conducting site surveys, preparing proposals and tenders, maintaining records, and collaborating with the branch while traveling within the service area.

Maintain, service, and repair escalators and moving walkways across major London rail and underground sites. Perform fault-finding on mechanical and electrical systems, conduct risk assessments, maintain site log cards, and deliver safe, high-quality customer service on a structured 4-on/4-off day shift pattern.

Manage and develop key supplier relationships, lead negotiations and supplier consolidation, drive supply‑chain improvements and risk mitigation, ensure compliance with standards, and support internal stakeholders and managers with supplier-management capability.
