The People Director will build and lead Oner Active’s UK and US People function, strengthening culture, performance, onboarding, internal communications, employee relations, compliance, benefits, and People operations. They will develop managers, lead the People team, oversee systems and workforce data, partner with Finance and Talent, and establish scalable, legally sound processes that support a high-performance organization across both markets.

Lead creative development and execute on-brand design across social, web, CRM, print, and in-store channels. Partner with marketing, product, and agencies, review and mentor midweight/junior designers, maintain brand standards, and introduce innovative visual ideas and trends. Manage multiple projects and ensure high-quality, strategic visual storytelling.
