Own and improve end-to-end order, warehouse, inventory, dispatch, fulfilment, and invoicing processes. Develop warehouse and supply chain strategy, improve ERP/WMS integration and data quality, establish standardized processes, controls, KPIs, and performance routines, and resolve operational bottlenecks. The role partners with warehouse stakeholders, logistics providers, systems teams, and commercial functions to deliver transformation roadmaps, business cases, and scalable operational improvements.

Supports maritime software sales by leading product demonstrations, workshops, proof-of-value trials, technical presentations, and opportunity qualification. Assesses customer needs, use cases, KPIs, ROI, and technology fit while contributing to RFPs, proposals, pricing, competitive analysis, and contract reviews. Coordinates pre-sales handover to onboarding and deployment teams and supports early customer adoption and training. Requires strong maritime expertise and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance.

Leads post-merger integration and strategic programmes from planning through benefits realization. Establishes governance, reporting, risk controls, and delivery discipline while partnering with executives on business transformation, operating model redesign, process improvement, and organizational change. Tracks synergies, cost savings, and performance targets; leads cross-functional teams and third-party partners. Requires strong stakeholder management, commercial and financial acumen, communication, influencing, and programme management expertise.
