Manage the centre reception team and customer relations, oversee facilities and H&S compliance, coordinate marketing events and audits, handle customer feedback and admin support for senior management to drive centre performance.

Sell new and pre-owned Porsche vehicles by understanding customer needs, conducting demonstrations and test drives, guiding customers through financing and contracts, negotiating deals to meet targets, maintaining CRM records, generating leads, and providing post-sale support to build long-term customer relationships.
