The role partners with Property & Facilities, Finance, Legal, Technology, and Operations stakeholders to deliver cost savings, process improvements, sustainable sourcing, and procurement governance. Initially offered as a fully remote three-month interim position, it may become permanent.

Coordinate UK equipment installation and mobilisation projects from sales handover through delivery, installation, training, and customer sign-off. Responsibilities include site surveys, AutoCAD drawings, supplier and engineer coordination, equipment tracking, scheduling, technical sales support, stock monitoring, documentation, CRM maintenance, KPI reporting, and leading complex installations. The role is office-based in Waltham Abbey with UK travel and occasional overnight stays.
