Support the Knowledge Lawyers by drafting and updating know-how resources and precedents, maintaining the knowledge database, conducting legal research, preparing newsletters and briefings, taking minutes and supporting internal training, and aiding fee earners and client events.

The Employment Associate will manage a caseload involving discrimination complaints, whistleblowing concerns, and employment issues for not-for-profit and charity clients. Responsibilities include advising on TUPE, redundancy, and handling client relationships with a strong focus on client service and business development.
