Lead strategic capital planning and optimisation across third-party funds. Design and oversee financial models and performance frameworks, support fundraising and investor communications, present insights to executives, implement analytics tools, mentor junior staff, and drive process and operating improvements.

Support origination, structuring, underwriting and execution of European real estate lending transactions. Prepare financial models and investment memoranda, perform due diligence, negotiate documentation, coordinate internal and external advisors, monitor portfolio performance, conduct site visits, identify credit and legal risks, and contribute to underwriting templates and processes.

The Associate will assist in executing a private equity strategy in insurance, evaluating investments, performing financial modelling, and managing portfolio assets.
