Work with producers to turn briefs and raw footage into high-impact digital video and motion-design content for social and owned channels, using storytelling and platform best practices to engage fans and attract new audiences while delivering fast, polished output.

Manage day-to-day delivery of key global commercial partnerships (Coca-Cola, Guinness), ensure contractual obligations and approvals are met, drive and measure activation programs and KPIs, coordinate with Clubs and local markets, manage external agencies, track invoicing and budgets, and identify growth opportunities alongside senior stakeholders.

Support senior leads to manage strategic projects across player development and operations. Produce qualitative and quantitative insights, prepare strategic recommendations, develop performance measures, manage stakeholders, and coordinate delivery of priority initiatives.

Support the On-Site and Technical Engineering teams with production administration and coordination for shoots (UK and occasional international). Tasks include booking crew/talent, sourcing locations/equipment, preparing call sheets, managing invoices and work orders, tracking budgets, maintaining schedules in Xytech, attending shoots, supporting H&S compliance, and acting as a point of contact for stakeholders.

Support the Football Department’s Strategic Projects and Planning team by coordinating project tracking, planning, risk and budget management, and event logistics. Produce reports and presentations for senior stakeholders, manage calendars, meetings and actions, and lead discrete initiatives while providing administrative and supplier support.

Provide administrative and project support to the Commercial team, assisting on campaigns, events and club relationships. Manage corporate gifting and approval workflows, organise meetings and minutes, support Partnerships, Licensing, Marketing and Insight teams, and help plan team sessions and ad-hoc commercial projects.

Support delivery and development of the Premier League Kicks programme across England and Wales. Provide guidance to club charities, oversee the Police Partnerships Fund, monitor performance and outcomes, apply evidence-led practice, manage stakeholder relationships, support funding processes, ensure safeguarding and EDI compliance, and contribute to national events and continuous improvement.

Manage and improve the Premier League Primary Stars digital platform; develop curriculum-linked primary and secondary education resources; coordinate agencies and partners; drive user engagement and marketing; measure and report impact; support events, competitions and grant processes; ensure safeguarding, inclusion and accessibility; provide training and toolkits for club charities.
