The Project Coordinator assists in planning and delivering exhibitions, manages timelines and budgets, and supports client communication and onsite operations.

Lead technical delivery of live, virtual and hybrid events from concept to execution. Manage budgets, technical specs (lighting, sound, AV, IT), vendors, crews, health & safety, production schedules, equipment, and client communications to ensure safe, high-quality event delivery.

Support Platform Managers to build, configure, test, and deliver event platforms across corporate accounts. Manage project documentation, track tasks and budgets, perform QA, support live/hybrid/virtual event delivery, and collaborate with production, creative, digital, and client teams.
