Provides trusted operational and administrative support to a Global Leadership Team member. Coordinates calendars, inboxes, travel, meetings, projects, timelines, actions, milestones, and cross-time-zone activity. Tracks priorities, risks, dependencies, and follow-up while serving as a strategic filter for competing demands. Supports global events, executive meetings, trustee travel, and visas, collaborating with other coordinators to ensure seamless coverage.

Leads the organization’s Technology, Digital, and IT functions, establishing technology architecture, data governance, and integrations across platforms. The role provides unified strategic direction, ensures responsible data management, and builds a coherent digital ecosystem to support future systems and digital products.

Leads the Governance and Legal Services function, overseeing governance, compliance, legal, regulatory, and risk frameworks. Advises trustees, senior leadership, and stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions; supports the Board and committees; manages legal counsel; and provides guidance on charity law, corporate governance, employment law, contracts, data protection, regulatory compliance, and organizational change.
