Provide on-site support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices and peripherals. Troubleshoot Windows hardware and software, deploy PCs, image systems, manage IMACs, update documentation, use remote support tools and ticketing systems, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve incidents.
