Leads the company’s global product and technology strategy, including product portfolio direction, engineering, architecture, AI commercialization, platform modernization, and release execution. The role oversees international product and R&D teams, drives enterprise and US expansion, consolidates legacy systems into a secure cloud platform, and aligns product investment with ARR growth. The CPTO reports to the CEO and works with executive leadership and the board.
