Manage personal injury, property damage, and medical malpractice claims for non-US professional lines. Lead claims from first notice to settlement, evaluate coverage and reserves, liaise with underwriters, brokers, TPAs, legal advisors and clients, handle Lloyd's Syndicate/IUA/company claims, and support cross-functional projects to improve claims performance.

Support quarterly reserving for Axis Capacity Solutions and Global Markets: select expected loss ratios, perform actual vs expected analyses, present reserve exhibits, run IBNR bookings for GAAP and Lloyd's, support business planning, and undertake ad-hoc reserve and profitability studies.

Manage and collect outstanding insurance premiums across products by liaising with brokers, underwriting and accounting teams; chase overdue balances, maintain accurate system records, reconcile issues, escalate problematic accounts, and coordinate with offshore and A&R teams to optimize cash flow.
