Lead and embed portfolio management frameworks across complex real estate and infrastructure portfolios. Drive strategic capital planning, performance optimisation, governance, financial control, risk management, stakeholder engagement, business development, and people leadership to convert strategy into measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.

Lead and manage delivery of complex capital programmes across multidisciplinary teams. Establish governance, controls and stakeholder engagement; oversee financial reporting, risk and safety, programme logs, and delivery frameworks.
