Lead and deliver end-to-end project controls for large infrastructure projects: establish governance, manage cost and schedule (Primavera P6), maintain risk registers, run change control, monitor KPIs, manage project information flow, mentor specialists, and ensure projects meet time, cost, and quality targets.

Lead project controls for a high-value rail programme: develop WBS and baselines, implement earned value and progress updating, manage cost/change control, produce performance reports, analyze outcomes and recommend corrective actions, and use Primavera P6, Excel, Oracle/SAP and reporting tools while liaising with planning and cost teams and the client.

Lead programme/project controls for major UK infrastructure projects, ensuring accurate planning, scheduling, cost, safety, environment and performance reporting. Establish GRIP-compliant controls, review proposals, manage resourcing, ensure data standards, produce Investment Plans and support Programme/Project Managers.

The role involves leading project controls and performance initiatives, developing tailored solutions for clients, and enhancing internal team capabilities while managing client relationships and project engagements.
