The Head of Group Capital Steering manages the capital framework, ensuring compliance with governance, leading risk partnerships, and presenting capital insights to senior leadership. Responsible for capital performance metrics and oversees capital management activities while driving process efficiency and digital initiatives.

Lead and manage a complex portfolio of non-life reinsurance treaty claims across London, Paris (MEA) and Madrid. Provide technical and people leadership on high-value, sensitive claims; ensure accurate reserving, governance, reporting and client service; lead market committees/litigation; engage third parties; support digitalisation; coach and develop staff; collaborate with underwriting, actuarial and technical accounting; perform audits, trend analysis and operational improvements.

Lead operational strategy, design scalable operating models and governance, drive process standardisation and optimisation, set KPIs and reporting, lead a team, enable change adoption and deliver large-scale transformation to improve efficiency and turnaround times.

Support exposure management analytics, catastrophe event analysis, and accumulation monitoring. Prepare, validate, document, and streamline data analytics; assist reporting to internal stakeholders and external regulators; help industrialise tools and processes.

Manage complex insurance claims for corporate clients, providing expertise and customer service, while overseeing claim development and resolution.

Lead pre-bind due diligence and post-bind operational oversight for MGAs/coverholders. Evaluate risks and deal-breakers, manage due diligence processes, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, structure delegated authority contracts, scope audits, monitor SLAs and bordereaux data quality, and support regulatory reporting and committees.

Lead continuous improvement of SCOR UK and SCOR Syndicate risk management framework; coordinate second-line assessments and control monitoring; produce risk reporting for Executive and Board Committees; advise and challenge first-line stakeholders; support regulatory/audit requirements; lead/participate in Group risk projects and scenario analysis.

The Senior Data Engineer will develop, maintain, and support data pipelines and artefacts for SCOR's data ecosystem, ensuring high-quality data management and promoting best practices across teams.

Support MGA delegated authority operations through pre-bind due diligence, post-bind audit and monitoring, third-party audit coordination, data management and reporting, income/EGPI review, stakeholder liaison, process improvement, and ensuring compliance with Delegated Authority policy and internal controls.

Support development and testing of the syndicate capital model, prepare and update model inputs, analyze results, collaborate with pricing actuaries, streamline data manipulation processes, and produce reports and presentations using specialist actuarial modelling tools.
