Lead compensation architecture and equity programs: define bands, run annual review cycles, benchmark markets, partner with Finance and Legal, build scalable tools, and educate managers to ensure competitive, equitable total rewards across geographies.

Own GTM into UK public sector: manage full sales cycle, build stakeholder relationships, deliver product demonstrations, collaborate with product/engineering/legal, and refine account acquisition and management processes to scale adoption.

Serve as the primary technical owner for Strategic Accounts: lead incident response, define escalation and account-health models, maintain account technical blueprints, drive adoption through technical enablement, and coordinate cross-team resolution for high-stakes issues.
