Build and maintain scalable backend and platform infrastructure powering enterprise-grade LLM workloads. Build recruiting infrastructure (ATS, scorecards, playbooks), source and close senior technical candidates, manage hiring manager partnerships, run multiple complex searches, and own candidate experience through offers and negotiations. Shape employer brand and hiring processes to scale hiring velocity without sacrificing quality.

Own end-to-end enterprise customer relationships: run full sales cycles from first meeting through pilots, procurement, and close; build pipeline and create sales playbooks; drive post-sale adoption and expansion alongside deployment teams to convert deals into multi-year partnerships.

Own technical deployments at strategic enterprise accounts: embed with customers, run hands-on implementation, onboard users, surface expansion signals, drive renewals and integrations, and feed product insights back to engineering to shape the roadmap.

Lead end-to-end product design for an AI-native enterprise platform: conduct in-context user research, map workflows, translate insights into interaction patterns, prototype, and collaborate with product and engineering to ship impactful solutions.

Lead identification, design, build, and adoption of AI-driven automations and internal tooling across GTM, product, finance, ops, and engineering. Partner with functional leads, prototype code-first workflows and low-code automations, work closely with engineers to improve developer productivity, and maintain internal knowledge systems for compounding value.
