Build and maintain Python-based test automation frameworks and suites. Maintain the organisational workforce plan, manage staffing processes, produce workforce MI, track contingent labour, support capacity and capability planning, improve data quality and governance, and partner with stakeholders to prioritise roles and optimise deployment.
