Assess and onboard corporate lending counterparties, manage credit risk and limit approvals, support new lending product launches and Consumer Duty assessments, contribute to credit risk system development and UAT, produce reporting and analytics (Power BI collaboration), monitor product performance and customer feedback, and coordinate with Risk, Legal, Compliance and business stakeholders.

Provide end-to-end HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, employee records, absence management, training coordination, performance management, HR reporting, and employee relations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing while supporting HR projects and advising managers and employees.
