Manage and grow B2B client relationships in payments/fintech: monitor client activity, conduct analysis, advise on solutions, identify upsell opportunities, lead negotiations, ensure CRM records, and coordinate with Risk & Compliance.

Own day-to-day operations of the London office: manage supplies and inventory, coordinate repairs and compliance (eg PAT testing), process invoices/POs with Finance, support HR training logistics, greet visitors, collect mail, and cover Business Manager duties when needed.
