Supports account executives and trading solutions managers with client pitches, trial logistics, post-sales follow-up, CRM administration, campaign coordination, events, sales performance reporting, and dashboards. Provides general executive and office administration, including investor reports, minute taking, supplier coordination, stock ordering, and facilities liaison. The role requires strong Salesforce and Excel skills, organization, communication, multitasking, and confidentiality in a hybrid office environment.

Provide technical client support for energy trading clients: own technical relationships, troubleshoot incidents, lead onboarding and training, scope integrations and pre-sales, and relay client feedback to Product and Engineering to improve Sphere's AI and aggregation platform.
