Deploy and integrate Latent Labs' generative biology models into customer environments. Lead end-to-end technical deployments, build production-grade APIs, data pipelines and model-serving infrastructure, work on-site with pharma/biotech partners, ensure enterprise security and reliability, gather customer feedback, and document integrations while collaborating with product and research teams.

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of cross‑functional scientific and technical programmes. Coordinate research roadmaps, manage ML, wet‑lab, and engineering timelines, oversee CROs and vendors, maintain project tools, identify and escalate risks, drive process improvements, report to senior leadership, and provide operational support.

The Computational Protein Design Scientist will leverage computational tools and AI to design proteins, collaborating with experimental teams and improving data-driven insights in synthetic biology.
