Senior, hands-on product marketing leader who will build positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for B2B SaaS. Owns competitive intelligence, improves sales effectiveness, and establishes the product marketing function while working closely with CRO, Co-CEOs, and product. Responsible for positioning across markets (including US expansion) and building a small team as Cadmus scales.

Work with academics to redesign assessment and support software adoption: run workshops, consult on assessment design, lead pilots and enterprise rollouts, build measurable evidence of improved student outcomes, and act as a trusted pedagogical advisor feeding field insights back to product and learning teams.

Lead Cadmus's events, content, and community to build brand awareness and pipeline. Run conferences, roundtables, and webinars; produce high-quality written content; grow social and digital community; and measure marketing impact tied to reach, engagement, and pipeline.
