Manage day-to-day claims operations for a London Market syndicate on a fixed-term (maternity cover) basis. Oversee claims team workload, third-party vendor oversight, claims data management, reporting and regulatory submissions. Collaborate with IT to implement claims systems, monitor performance trends, and support Claims Managers on projects and process improvements.

Lead preparation, review and delivery of Lloyd's syndicate regulatory returns and financial statements. Coordinate reporting timetable, audits and capital setting, drive process improvements and systems development, liaise with actuarial/underwriting/risk, present commentary to senior management, and mentor junior finance staff.

Manage AEGIS London tax compliance and accounting, prepare and review VAT, tax computations and Lloyd's returns, liaise with external advisors and Group Tax, support tax transformation and GL migration, maintain tax controls, provide audit evidence, and run ad hoc tax health checks and projects.
