Lead Europe pricing and legal project management: develop fee strategies and budgets, advise partners on RFPs and negotiations, implement matter budgeting and LPM frameworks, build tools and governance, train teams, and manage a regional pricing and LPM team to improve matter economics and client value.

Lead and manage finance systems lifecycle, liaise between Finance and IT/vendors, define requirements, implement and test finance applications/reports, ensure data integrity and controls, train users, and manage finance-related technology projects.
