Serve as technical authority for signal processing and ML for CoMind One: define methodologies, develop and validate algorithms for cerebral blood flow, intracranial pressure, and autoregulation, drive data collection and labelling, produce regulatory evidence, publications and patents, and represent data science across R&D, clinical, and engineering teams. Senior individual contributor based in Kings Cross (4 days/week onsite).

Serve in the CEO Office to drive and deliver the CEOs highest-priority cross-functional initiatives. Remove friction, force decisions, translate CEO priorities into operational plans, and provide accurate status and escalation. Operate credibly with senior leaders, run ambiguous/high-stakes workstreams to completion, and maintain discretion managing sensitive information.

Own day-to-day finance operations for UK and US entities, manage bookkeeping, month-end close, reporting, budgeting, payroll support, tax and audit coordination, vendor payments, process improvement, and apply AI tools to modernize finance workflows.
